Company Break, the Winch & Plummet Way
Morzine, France Summer 2025

No spreadsheets. No slides.
Just switchbacks, sunshine and steep descents.

This summer, we swapped the day jobs for dusty trailheads and took the team to Morzine, France a pilgrimage to the Alpine mecca of mountain biking. Our mission? Ride hard. Test gear. Catch up. And share a few cold ones overlooking the peaks.

But it wasn’t just the W&P crew we linked up with our ambassadors, met new friends on the lifts, and spent the week sessioning trails, spotting lines, and scouting inspiration for our next designs. Nothing brings people together like two wheels and a few sketchy rock gardens.

Every T-shirt, jersey, and pair of pants in our lineup was thrown into the mix. Field-tested. Crash-tested. Jump-tested. And, in true Winch & Plummet fashion, everything came back dirty but smiling. That’s our design philosophy in action: born from the trails, built for the riders.

These moments are a reminder of why we do this.

From sketchpad to singletrack it’s all about the ride.

Big thanks to everyone who made it what it was. We came home a bit bruised, sunburnt, and with some minor rim dings… but massively stoked for the season ahead.
